2 cans chicken
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small onion (or less)
3/4 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup cashew halves
salt and pepper
Mix together and put on bread.
*I have also substituted cucumbers for grapes.
