Lemon Whipper Snappers

1 lemon cake mix
1 beaten egg
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
Mix together. Dough will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls or roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes.
