Sausage Gravy

Brown sausage. Add 2 T-1/4 cup flour, mix well. Add 1 or 2 cans evaporated milk, and regular milk until desired amount. Sprinkle with black pepper. Simmer and stir often for 10 minutes. Serve over biscuits.
