5 chicken breasts (boneless are best)
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 (8 oz) jar apricot-pineapple jam
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch.
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan. Combine soup mix, dressing, jam and cornstarch. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350*for about 1 ½ hours. Turn breasts over once. Serve with rice.
