Val's Chili

This recipe came from my sister, Valori.

4 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
1-2 lbs hamburger, cooked
2-3 smoked sausages, diced (the ones near the hot dogs)
1 c celery, diced
1 c green pepper, diced
1 c onion, diced
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can chilli beans
1 small can tomato sauce
(or 1 can tomatoes, pureed in blender)
1 T chilli pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Enough water to make soupy

I do cook up the celery, pepper, and onion until the onions is clear, before adding to soup

Also, this is the basic recipe, to make more I use more meat and veggies, but not more beans. Also upped the spices to almost doubled. And did both the tomato sauce and the canned tomatoes.
