Mexican Casserole

Brown in a large frying pan:
1- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper

Add:
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1can diced green chilies

In a 9X13 Pan:
Put a large spoonful of meat mixture on the bottom.
Put 2 flour tortillas on top then fill in the gaps with a torn tortilla.
Put 1/2 meat mixture on top of tortillas.
Put grated Monterey Jack cheese over the meat mixture.
Repeat layers ending with cheese. Add one can cream of mushroom soup on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour
